Hello, I purchased original Phantasy Star Universe and now want to get AOTI too. The game says I should download it at the XBOX Live marketplace, but I can't find it there. Where can can I find it? Should I upgrade my account to gold to make this game available for me?

Yes, but not only. It appears that PSU with addon are only available in some regions. It's not in Russian XBox Marketplace so I had to create an account in US.
