Problema ao baixar DLC Dirigível GTA V

Ontem, meu GTA V chegou.

Tentei baixar o DLC do balão dirigível. Ao inserir o código serial e clicar em "Baixar Agora", o xbox travou. Tive que reiniciá-lo.

Ao tentar baixar novamente, recebi a mensagem que "minha conta está desabilitada para realizar quaisquer compras".

Meu cartão GOLD expira só em janeiro/2014. Como faço para baixar o DLC do dirigível corretamente?

Translation:

Yesterday, my GTA V arrived.
I tried to download the DLC balloon airship. When you enter the serial code and click "Download Now" xbox crashed. I had to restart it.
When trying to download again, I received the message that "my account is disabled to make any purchases."
My card expires only in GOLD janeiro/2014. How do I download the DLC airship correctly?

Did you try redeeming the code on the console and on Xbox.com? Does the content actually show in your download history so you can redownload it from there? Is your account having any issues outside of this specific content download that we should look further in to? Let us know. We are here for ya!
