Hi i wanted to download some content for fallout nv and for some reason it says premium content please check online saftey. which i did and all content is checked availble please help soon

I am having the same issue when trying to purchase borderlands. gives an error saying that i am unable to purchase premium content, and to change my settings under the my xbox screen. anyone know how to solve this issue?

try downloading from xbox.com. it worked fine for me.
marketplace is probably down or something

when I go to online safety settings it doesent say allow premium content. How can I change it without going into 'online safety settings'?
