halo waypoint not working because family settings changed without my parents changing it??

I used halo waypoint many times before but since monday the family setting changed for no reason, and now i need a pass code to go to halo waypoint, ive asked my parents but they didnt change anything, please im begging you people help me!!

If you share your console with anyone else in your household, then maybe they might have played around with the settings and caused this.

If you don't have any siblings who use your console, then I would call Microsoft (support page: www.xbox.com/.../support) and ask them to remove the pass code from your console. After that, I suggest changing your password for security reasons. (so then no one would be getting on your account again)
