Forza Rewards is Here

The Forza Motorsport series has always been about car fans – an ever-growing community of passionate car lovers who love every aspect of car culture found in the Forza series. Now, Forza has a new way for fans to explore and enjoy the Forza experience on Xbox: Forza Rewards. Our new loyalty program actually rewards Forza players for doing what they love most: playing Forza games!

 

Here’s how Forza Rewards works: By playing Forza games, you earn points in Forza Rewards. The more points you earn, the higher your Tier level and, the higher your Tier level, the better rewards you can earn. Each month, you can redeem rewards in games like Forza Motorsport 4 and Forza Horizon, including cars, in-game credits, tokens, and more.

 

So how do you get involved with Forza Rewards? If you’re a Forza player, you can check your current Tier level (and redeem any rewards you currently have waiting for you) at the Forza Rewards site. You can also see a detailed breakdown of how many points you have earned from playing earlier games in the Forza Motorsport series, going as far back as Forza Motorsport 2 for Xbox 360. While there, you can see exactly how many Forza Rewards points are still available for you to earn, and what rewards you’ll have waiting for you once you level up to the next Tier.

 

Finally, if you’ve got a competitive streak, head over to the Friends Compare feature in Forza Rewards, where you can see how your Forza Rewards points totals stack up to every other Forza player on your Xbox Live friends list.

 

Forza Rewards is just getting started, too! With the upcoming release of Forza Motorsport 5 exclusively for Xbox One, Forza fans will have more points to earn, new Tier levels to achieve, and more rewards to earn on a monthly basis. I think this is fantastic personally, checked on mine and I already have some rewards to redeem including credits & cars!

Thanks for posting this, fyer, I had no idea something like this was going on.  Gotta admit, this is something that Turn 10's doing which is actually pretty sweet.  I just logged in and found I had two cars and 240,000 credits that I could redeem...not too shabby!

I do have one question though...it mentioned, after I redeemed my rewards, "New Rewards in 11 Days".  What exactly does this mean?  Will I be getting new rewards in 11 days regardless of what I do in-game?  Or do I need to progress to the next level within 11 days to get new rewards?  Still a little foggy on this.

Yeah, nice heads up. I'll just check again in 11 days, but I did pretty much have to login from my xbox to get the reward site to work. Although, I only got 20k in credits :(

I think it tells you what the next rewards are. Not sure as I have not looked today.   I figure anything is better than nothing.

So, I just hit the site. Looks like it's a monthly reward!!! Got 20k in credits & a Mercedes for Horizon. Seeing that CRX being next tier's reward makes me want to go snag Forza 4 or borrow F3 again. Nice hook there Turn 10. ^_^

It appears to be that, being a monthly thing, if you don't actively log in and claim whatever reward(s) were available to you for the current month, you'll lose them once the calendar ticks over to the next month.  I don't think you actually have to download them *in-game* before the month expires, you just need to redeem them on the site so they get added to your in-game queue.

One thing that I've been noticing with this whole rewards program is that it takes literally DAYS for your points from achievements earned to update.  If it's from vehicle purchases or days played or something else, your points seem to update almost instantly.

.

What's strange is, if you look into the details of a particular game, it will accurately show all the achievements that you've unlocked.  For instance, I just (as in, like 5 minutes ago) unlocked the Exclusive Taste achievement in FM4.  The rewards site shows that I've done this, but it still hasn't added the points for doing so to my total.  Odd, and somewhat frustrating...especially since those points are enough to kick me up to Tier 5 so I'm eligible for an instant 2M credits! >.<
