Do COD Map Packs Go With the Console and CDs?

I'm selling my XBox to upgrade. Am selling Modern Warfare 2 and BlackOps with. Will the map packs I've bought go with the console so that the new owner may access them. Can they do this with their own live account? What's the deal?

When you get your new console, I assume you will want to transfer over all your game licenses (http://xbox.com/drm). This will effectively removed the licenses from the old console, making them unplayable for whomever buys your console.

Also, re-selling or sharing purchased Marketplace content is a violation of the Terms of Use of Xbox LIVE. I would recommend deleting any game downloads before selling your console.
