DISC UNREADABLE PROBLEM NEED HELP!

Got fifa 12 off ebay and it came a few days ago, i started playing it for around 2 hours or so i went off it to play another game and then when i went to go back on it it just said disc unreadable please clean with soft cloth etc. so i decided to rent the game from blockbusters and install it to my hard drive incase the disc i bought was faulty but it kept saying that the disc i rented from blockbuster was unreadable aswell, at this point i was very annoyed but decided to take the disc back to blockbuster and get a completely different one just incase this disc was faulty aswell, i did this and still its saying disc unreadeable, it cant be a problem with the xbox as i can still play other games it just happens with fifa 12, someone please help lol
