saw this on ebay. never saw it as a preorder bonus. How do i get it? :p

Oh, which achievement or other accomplishment? I've found no indication that the Crimson Omen Lancer can be unlocked in-game. Please be specific. (One forums.EpicGames.com poster said it was included as a bonus if you purchase any of the weapon packs, but I haven't seen confirmation of that.)

Are you talking about the Infected Omen Skins? The Crimson and Gold Omen Skins unlock from playing the game in horde and versus and getting achievements. Infected was a bonus that came in the Epic Edition I believe.

The Crimson Omen Lancer skin is not unlockable in game. It is available for 80MSP on the Xbox Live Marketplace, or you can get a code to get it for free with the special Gears of War 3 Xbox Live 12 + 2 months Gold subscription cards.
