Can't add Paypal as a payment option.

Got a problem. Decided to add Paypal to my account before as a payment method. Went into manage payment methods and add Paypal was there. Clicked on it, went through the motions, it took me to Paypal etc. Whilst I was doing it though there were various messages on the screen that said "This service is currently unavailable" and then eventually it took me to a blank white page with that same message in the top left corner.

So now, for whatever reason, Paypal hasn't been added to my account as a payment method and isn't there. And now, when I go into account management to try and add Paypal again, it isn't even there. The option has completely vanished.

What's going on? I'm in the UK btw.

Is UK both your account region and physical location? Does all the Paypal information match your account information on Xbox LIVE? Does the Paypal account have a positive money balance or attached credit card? Are you on a child account or a secondary account on a Family Plan?

I have similar issue, PayPal shows as an option but when selected, the site goes blank and when returns, I am back to the added option screen and PayPal is there to select but nothing happens...  Select it again and similar result, stuck in loop...  I tried to add another credit card and site failed to add that...  I just went back to confirm the error message and now paypal shows and is selected as payment option...  It did not have me link to payola however...  I have no faith that it will work when the payment time comes...   

There seem to be several issues involved...  I am on windows 10 enterprise edition 64 bit.  I am using edge as browser.   can someone confirm that the site is working and running ok AMD that my settings were saved?

THIS IS VERY PAINFUL AND TIME CONSUMING!
