First off you can't name and shame other peoples gamertags, is against Forum rule regardless of what these guys have done.

Filing a complant via you xbox live is how you report them. If you want to make a more personal report you will need to contact a XboxPet (policy enforcement team). And ask them for more details on how to report such a player.

What he said. It's easiest to do mid game by viewing the recent players and reporting them then and there. I've had a Xbox admin once or twice shadow the current game to actually catch them during the cheat.

Why not name them? There the dumb ones for cheating anyway. I say name away. But to be honest i saw this stuff coming when MP was announced for AC.

Well the main reason for not naming them on the XBOX forums is that it is against the rules and second its a absolute waste of time to come on here and complain about them anyway the only way to do anything about modders is to file a COMPLAINT on the said Gamertags and hope that one of the XBLPETS will see the complaint  and takes appropriate action against them.

If its a "System tampering" complaint it will be looked into.  As stated above, its the best thing to do.  I would leave the game as fast as I could and file the complaint.

I seem to run into people modding more and more with this game. It is a bit hard to tell at times due to the horrible lag, but I've reported a number of people already who are obvious about it (ie, standing side by side on a rooftop in ranked Assassinate matches, whenever a third person comes, one of the two rooftop people start running away in attempts to "confuse" the third person and the non-running rooftop person kills the third person). And if it's only the same person who's constantly killing you or stunning you through your SB (among other things...like being naked stunned in the middle of a charge, which has happened to me), it's also pretty obvious.
