xbox update

Ok here is the deal i have been trying to get live the longest so i go to test the connection and every thing is working but tells me to get the update when deleted it from my xbox so i clk yes and tells me it cant download. So i go to the same profile but i have the update from my usb then tells me that update failed and its unavailable and another message says that its a connection failure. Microsoft really needs to get that fixed it came out in 2011 FYI its 2012.

Hey Washiest, sorry to hear about the console update issues! We'd love to help, but to get us started, we'll need some more info. First off, what error code comes up when you try to apply the update but can't? Do you see that code listed here at all? Please let us know! :-)
