Network Connection Type: Wireless
If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using?nothing
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Xbox360 white eternal

Is NAT Type Open? yes
Any Error Codes you encounter: just Status Error report
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? DSL
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? STC
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? nothing
it's completely running but the problem is the error message
How to solve it ?!
Do you thing the ISP has anything to do with it ?!

Had the same error, ran a system cache dump and now it works again.. don't know if that actually was the reason for the problem, but u might wanna try it. Another thing i did was to change to wireless, then back to wire. But as I read it you wanted wireless, try the opposite if suggestion number 1 doesn't work.. ?
