Xbox Live Points (US) and (Mexican)

I recently moved from US to mexico. my xbox live gamer tag has all my game saves my levels gained in my games but i cant redeem mexican xbox live points on my american acc is there a way to change or update my info so i could do this without loosing my level or my game files saves?
