My Xbox 360 has been freezing every time I use Netflix for the past few weeks. The console will randomly throughout the show go to a black screen and it will remain that way. I cannot shut down the console by pressing the power button, nor bring up the menu button using my controller. The only way I can turn off the system is to unplug my power supply. I had emailed Xbox Support about this problem but they were not helpful as I had stated in my email to them that I had already deleted Netflix and reinstalled the App. Their solution and response to my email was to do exactly what I had already said was unsuccessful.

i have the same problem, except that i can turn off the console by pressing the power button twice, or by holding it down for a few seconds and then pressing again.
likewise, deleting and reloading netflix is not a solution.
either xbox or netflix or both have some glitch in their software, which they need to fix.
