well since microsoft sucks it. they put out an update that basically detects if their isnt any other equipment than theirs in there. so if you have had any third party work done to it then your SOL. and really microsoft we would go out to dinner sometime soon bc i like to get wined and dined before i get fucd im sure we all do.

Your in trouble i got mine yes fixed outside of Microsoft and more than likely you did do if you didn't then your fine but once the seal is broken the Xbox sends out a message that has to have a real Xbox repair person put in the second to say it was fixed by an honest person but if the seals are broke, and it wasn't a repair by " THE MAN"  aka Xbox  you more then 99.9% sure have to go by a new one. Also the C000-0001 says " hey i have either been tampered with or modded"

or you dont wanna pay 200 dollars lets be honest ppl xbox is ripping ppl off for the repairs its freakin ridiculous

mine works now . heres what i done ..... go to system settings/ memory/device options (yellow button)/then clear system cache ...... thats what i done and it updated with no problems ..... hope this helps good luck

Did not work for me.

they wont refund anything so dont bother if your xbox gives 1 of 3 diffrent codes saying your a hacker/Modder/or that you didny give D-bow nothing on his 40 then your SOL cause @ that point tthey no longer consider you a customer
