Got this game for Christmas, and already - what a joke! Can't download the update required (which is ridiculous), and the stupid diagnostic tool doesn't work. We've tried it dozens of times, and yes, we have the right OS tool. I realize I'm venting, but this was a hell-uv-a high dollar expenditure to be so friggin' buggy.

I'm having the same issue. The system worked for about a week, now the GSoD. I've also tried both diagnostic tools to noavail. Error code 101.

i used the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool and i was successful but now its stuck on the black screen with the green loading bar
