New Series X on All Access - Error when trying to claim Game Pass

New Series X with All Access (UK) - When I try to claim the Game Pass Ultimate included on the console I get a 'Try that again -Something happened on our end. Try again later' message and a long App Error code that the online chat seemed not to recognise as helpful? Anyone else getting this?

Im having this same problem. Cant seem to find any answers anywhere though...

I tried to speak to a rep in the online chat and they wanted a '5x5' code, but when I could only provide the very long error code they disconnected the chat :(

I'll keep trying throughout the day to see if it sorts itself out, but as yet no luck.

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.

Ok - Just off the chat and we worked it out as a region conflict. I had an existing Gold Sub from another region and as that could not combine with the Ultimate it was throwing the error. The rep cancelled the gold and the claim for Ultimate then worked.

I had the same issue and managed to fix it by going in to my subscriptios and turning off the recurring sub for my  Game Pass Ultimate.

I am also having this problem.  Bought a series s for my son all access. I cannot claim the game pass. 

I was going to buy a series x this way but I wont now.

I'm having the same issue as well.  I tried turning off the recurring sub that fixed it for another here but didn't work for me.  Anyone at Microsoft that can help us out?

Ive not even received a code or any mention of it to claim anywhere on my xbox and i purchased through all access...

Its not a conventional code. If you go to settings, there is a secrion called "Included with this xbox' select that snd there is a bitton to reedem the game pass for 2 years.
