Mafia 2: Some DLC Questions.

I'm going to start Mafia 2 again on this account over the next few days and I'm wondering if the two DLC packs .. "Jimmy's Vendetta" and "Joe's Adventures"  ( Never played the DLC first time around ) are worth it? I believe both DLC packs are 800msp each.

 

Also, is it best to download them before I start the main game, can you do these missions during the main campaign or do you only start them once the main story is finished?

 

Any replies would be highly appreciated!

They're totally separate from the campaign. So no need to download them first In the scheme of things I would say not to buy them, but if you are going to buy either I'd go for Joe's Adventures as it's the better of the two.. they've been DOTW a couple of times I'd wait until then

I'll play through the main game first then give Joe's Adventures a try, then go from there.

If you havent bought them, its far cheaper to either A.) Buy the game classics edition , about £12 , or rent the classics edition if possible . But 800*2 is about £10 , you could always sell your copy or the copy you are receiving , either way its cheaper still than buying both packs at £7 Each

Joe's Adventures is probably worth it because it fills the gaps in from the main game. When you download it, you will see Joe's Adventures in the main menu.

1600msp is more like £13.60 than a tenner. Buy the Clasics edition.
