I have been having issues with my 360 S hard drives

I had my Xbox 360 S since Last December and ever since Febuary, I had issues with my 360 S hard drive, I have not modded it, moved it, over even touched it, and yet I have formated it 6 times because it could not read it. I also just tried to Install the latest upsdate for the 360 and it promps me "can't read the update from you xbox 360 hard drive. please reattach it. your console will automatically restart and continue the update. status code: 3151 - 335a - 2380 - 1314 - c000 - 0185" i followed the instructions on the screen and got nothing out of it. please, help me, my xbox is my last bastion of hope when it comes to gaming, my computers hard drive crashed and i have nothing else but this, please help me anyone!
