E-68! Red DOT of DEATH!!! 2nd TIME!

I'm beyond angry!!!! A couple months ago, I moved my X-BOX 360S (250GB), from the living room, into my room.
when I plugged everything up and went to go game, I got the Red-Dot-of-DEATH! and an error screen popped up, at the bottom it said
"E 68" and I ordered a repair for it. I could take the hard drive out and the console would load the Xbox dashboard fine. If I turned the console off and replaced the hard drive, i would get the R.D.O.D. and the SAME error screen.

FAST FORWARD some months, I got the OLD Xbox shipped off and a NEW ( I'm assuming REFURBISHED) X-Box was waiting there. SOOOOO, I place my OLD hard drive in, because they didn't ask for my hard drive back and start the bad boy up, thinking I could game, but

NEGATIVE!!!!!!!! RED DOT OF DEATH! AGAIN!!!!!!

as well as the same error screen "E 68" !!!!! I tried different plugs in the house, different TV's and I can't figure out what is wrong!

I'M STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND JUST WANT AN XBOX THAT WORKS! PLEASE! I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE INFO ON MY HARD DRIVE HELP ME!!!

Your hard drive's stuffed hence you sending off the console was pointless. Call support, explain the HDD has had it and see what they can do for you.

here an link support.microsoft.com/.../907536 and some other info  >> E68: Hard Drive Error - Hard drive not DMA configured: It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it. Also this can be caused by a problem with the fans that make them draw too much power, it can also be caused if you have unnecessary accessories attached to the console like an external fan unit. Attempt to remove unnecessary accessories first, and then necessary components such as the hard drive and USB devices. If you have any case mods you may want to investigate those as well.
