Disk continues spinning after it has been ejected.

I noticed that after the update, when my disk is ejected it is still spinning for a few seconds after the tray is open. I am afraid that this will result in scratched disks. It happens when a game or DVD is ejected. I am not sure if it is caused by the update or just a coincidence. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I have seen someone else post with this issue Treb, but I don't know if it anything to do with the update. My console is working as normal so if I was going to hazard a guess I would say its a coincidence.

Its not a fix as such but if you go to the dashboard when you finish playing, then leave it a few seconds before you eject the disc it should not be spinning anymore.
Alternatively if you have a HDD you could install the games to that.

Like I say its not a fix but its a solution until the cause of the problem can be found.
