Como copiar um jogo do DVD pro HD do x-box?

Acabei de adquirir um x-box 250 gb e gostaria de saber como faço pra copiar o dvd pra dentro do HD pra não forçar muito a leitora de DVD. Isso é possível?

vai em biblioteca de jogos (com o dvd no drive) escolhe o jogo e clica em "instalar jogo" depois qdo vc quiser jogar é só colocar o dvd no drive

Meu caro, desculpe minha ignorância mas quando eu coloco o DVD do jogo no Xbox, ele carrega o jogo e a partir daí não consigo voltar pro Xbox. Como faço esta parte? Normalmente, saio do jogo abrindo a unidade de DVD. Agradeço pela ajuda.
