Add new device on www.xbox.com

Hello!

I bought my own xbox one now, and I try to add this new console to my profile but I get no luck.
What could be wrong?

What device are you trying to add?  If you are trying to sync a tablet that should be done via the console.  If you are trying to sync your console to your PC then you would need to have Windows 10 installed for that.

Either way, we'd need more information from you including any error messages you receive.

 As onyx stated, we need some more information to better assist you. The other thought I had is that you be trying to "Register a Device" for your warranty/registration process. If this is the case you can head over to https://myservice.xbox.com/. Let us know some more details if this is not the case and we will gladly assist if we can.

myservice website keeps giving me an error when i try to register a device. i have two faulty controllers. one randomly starts to just go up on the left thumbstick without me even touching it and the other one has an RB button issue. this service is less than ideal.

What's the error message that you get when trying to register the device? Make sure you are using the Product ID below the bar code.
