This has been popping up on my dashboard for a couple of days now. It originally was not a problem, because all I wanted to do was play some games with friends. However, It is keeping me from navigating to any socail, video, non disk games, music, apps, and my account info. I also can not visit the marketplace. What the heck is this?

Any help is appreciated greatly,

Hey there Leach! Are you receiving this error just in the marketplace, or when you try to play downloaded games from your library? If you cannot play these games, please try deleting them, clearing your system cache, restarting the console, and then downloading it again from your download history. hey this didn't help me at all i'm trying to renew my xbox account and it wont accept my billing info!!!!!

so what am i supposed to do!
