Xbox One S Preview Update Help

ok so i had an elite 1tb xbox1, i sold it in august, i bought an Xbox one s 1 tb, and recently got around to setting it up, i found that the preview app had been updated to the new insider thing, and i pulled it up and enrolled my new console in the same preview i was in (1610) as it was my account that was in the preview program not my console, once it was approved i selected latest preview and unenrolled my former console so the poor schlep who bought it could not receive my updates >:) however since this time its been 3 weeks and i have yet to receive an update from the base software which is listed as the regular version not beginning with 1610! how to fix this?

That's the latest build of the system software you already have DHGxFallenAngel.

There is no new preview system update for Insiders


Everyone is currently on the public release, which came out on the 14th of December.
