How do I make a Windows XP start up disk?

I can't boot into windows and it says I need a start up disk, I need something I can burn to a CD because I don't have a floppy drive.

Answer
Only thing I did was drag and drop the file to the CD and clicked burn, it should not be this difficult.

What is the name of the disk burning software you're using? Did you follow the directions here (where Nero, CDBurnerXP, and InfraRecorder are mentioned):

All you need to do is click on the area where it says:

"Write image file to disc." (Note that you are NOT to "Write files/folder to disc"!!!)

Not difficult at all. :-)
