Hi Nagesh,
1.
When exactly do you get the error message?
2.
Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
The
WSAStartup function initiates use of the Winsock DLL (Dynamic Link Library) by a process.
I would suggest you to follow these steps and reset Winsock:
a.
Click on
Start.
b.
Click on
All programs.
c.
Click on
Accessories.
d.
Right click on
Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
e.
Type the following command at command prompt, and then press
ENTER: netsh winsock reset
f.
Once you have reset the Winsock Catalog successfully, restart the computer.
g.
Check if the issue persists.
Let us know the results.
