Hi,
1. Which is the Operating System installed on your computer?
2. Which is the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer?
3. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
a. Click on Start, clicking Control Panel, clicking Program, clicking Programs and Features.
b. Select Acrobat or Reader, and then click the option to remove or uninstall the program.
c. Restart your computer and reinstall Acrobat or Reader. http://get.adobe.com/reader/
If that does not help, you may post your question in the Adobe Reader Community Forums for further help over this issue.
