a. Were you able to connect and upload information to ftp websites earlier?
b. Did you make any changes to your computer recently?
c. Are you trying to do this using Internet Explorer?
d. Do you get any error when you try to connect to FTP server?
Steps 1:
Reset Internet Explorer settings.

Step 2:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools and then click on Internet Options.
3. Go to the advanced tab.
4. Click to select the Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility) check box.
You may also disable any security software(Anti virus and firewall) temporarily and check if it helps.
NOTE:
