User account .000 after upgrade to 1909

After upgrading to Windows 10 1909, my  account (admin) was renamed to admin.000 and a new admin user was added.  What the heck (being polite).  How do I get my "stuff" from the .000 into the new account?

This is a known issue with the latest cumulative update.

Uninstall the latest Cumulative update and you should be good to go.

I've already removed the "admin" account and am left with the "admin.000" account.  While I'm not having any problems with it at this point, except for the occasional broken link, is there a way to rename the account so it would become "admin"?
