Windows 10 Media Center Error

After upgrading to Windows 10, I  now see numerous Windows Media Center Error messages like the following:

Task Scheduler service found a misconfiguration in the NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\Media Center\RecordingRestart definition. Additional Data: Error Value: %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehrec.

How does one get rid of these messages?

Answer
Answer

I've had exactly the same issue when moving from Win 8.1 to Win 10. Although the Win 10 install says that it will uninstall Windows Media Center it doesn't seem to do a complete job. Whilst all the files are deleted from the ehome directory there still remain a number of sub-directories, albeit empty. Also, as reported here, the task scheduler still has a lot of entries for WMC.

I've deleted all tasks within Media Center in the task manager but not been able to delete the actual folder. (It says that its not empty even though I can't see anything in it). Having restarted the machine all looks OK and there are no longer these task scheduling error messages.
