Hi,
I have recently replaced an HDD with a Samsung SSD on my Alienware MX14 R2 laptop. Additionally, had Windows 7 (64) and upgraded to Windows 10 right after installing the new SSD. The laptop also came with an Intel 64GB cache MSATA. I notice on startup now that the computer can see the cache but also tells me it is disabled (RAID0). Then, for the last few days, on startup I'm getting BSOD with the following message: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (iaStorAV.sys). Can anyone assist? From research on similar BSOD issues with Windows 8/8.1, it seems it may be a driver/registry problem. However, I could not find anything specific to Windows 10. For Windows 8/8.1, it seemed to be either NVidia driver problems or problems with the Intel Rapid Storage drivers. Again, I would like to get info related specifically to Windows 10 if possible.
I'll be grateful for any help. Thanks so much!
