Blank page when logging into Hotmail account

---Original Title: hotmail account gone?---

when I go to my hotmail account im getting a blank page that just loads and goes no where from there, does this on my phone and computer. I have tried 3 different browsers to see if that was the problem but nothing works. I have had this account since 1999 and have some very impostant stuff in there that I cant access. Help Please

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

Could you open Internet Explorer, press Ctrl+Shift+P to open Inprivate browser and then login to your account? Check if you can see your emails using Inprivate browser.

Many of us are "mobile-only". PC's, laptops, etc. are fine for businesses and students, but are rather obsolete otherwise. The last time our crowd owned a computer was in the days of Dial Up.
