keep with next - word 2010

I frequently need to keep a line or paragraph with the next line or paragraph - I cannot find the command "keep with next" in word 2010 (x32). Does anybody know where Microsoft has hidden this command? If it is not available how do I create a macro for this function?

On the Home tab, Paragraph group click the arrow bottom right to open the paragraph format dialog.
