Outlook 2010 will not print emails

Outlook 2010 will not print emails on windows 7. When trying to print Outlook tells me the printer is not installed. I have reinstalled outlook and the printer software and still no luck. The program shows the printers, but grays out the print button. I can print from the other office products, such as, Word, Excel and also adobe acrobat. The only thing it wont print is the emails. Any help is appreciated!

find and delete the outlprnt file. To get to the folder, paste the following into the address bar of windows explorer or the Start search field and press Enter

 

%appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook
