I cant reinstall office pro plus 2010 again ( i can't find the error code ).

Office Pro Plus 2010 when I try to install again then an error message.

( log file is to large for this site i think so thats wy ive uploaded to a advertice free uploadhost )

can anyone help me out?

Uninstall all previous Office entries.

For everyone out there who are willing to help, there error code for this issue is  

"Error: Failed to install product: C:\MSOCache\All Users\{20140000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C\ProPlusWW.msi

ErrorCode: 1603(0x643)"

 

Found this from the above log file.

can anyone give the solution to this problem because,


every time I change the setting and the setup starts everything changes back to the old state.
short (the system would not let it change).

I translate everything perfectly with google translate and change the messages that were not legible.

Click start > Run > type in msinfo32 and check if you are able to get the system summary

 

also check if you are able to do the same by typing wmimgmt.msc in the run command and open the windows managment console,

 

if both of these fail, there could seriously something to do with the Windows Vista operating system itself.

Are you sure you did a full UNinstall of the previous version?  See this article:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
