Login office 365

Hi,

I can not login to my company's Office 365 solution using Explorer from my own private PC. I can not login on my own as well as any other of the accounts that we use. I do not experience any problem login in from other PCs.

I have unfortunately not been able to find the solution from an of the other threads that have been posted. Really looking forward to a swift reply.

I get the following error message:

Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Security.LiveTransientHRESULTException: LiveId authentication code has returned error 0x80049234 PP_E_RPS_REASON_POST_TICKET_TIMEWINDOW_EXPIRED, indicating that there's a temporary problem with the remote server. Dear Guruprasad,

I have checked the office 365 community you referred me to, and did not find any help there.

Also, I did not find it possible to post any queswtions there either - albeit I am a novice.

Would it be possible for you to perhaps help me a little bit more in getting access to my accounts.

thak you

Rune Kirkeby

very helpful, always just directing posts to somewhere not even giving the answer on the thread you are directed to and worse you wont find the answers there either.

That link sends the user to http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice - which is of absolutely no help at all.

Too bad that Microsoft does not care more about the users here.

Sorry, no help from me either - and that error is certainly more for Microsoft staff than community folks anyway.

The generic advice is too clean all cache in web browser, try other web browsers, try another user account on the same machine - etc, step my step until you find the part that made a difference, and then solve it from there.

Of course, as the original post was 3 years ago, I certainly hope the problem is not still there - and the office365 platform umust have changed a few times as well. This old thread now won't help anybody, it only attacks trolls like myself. ;-)
