My Cloud gaming wait time is over 90 min, I paid for game pass for this to be convenient, not to just wait through loading screens

I'm trying to play a cloud gaming game but my wait time is going to be 90 minutes and I've waited through a full 90 minutes and all it said is it's taking longer than we expected and it went another 30 minutes into the wait time and still didn't connect me to the game and when I refreshed it it went all the way back to the 90 minutes again so is there some problem with how I'm trying to connect?

With the amount of money you make off all of the monthly subscriptions, that awful excuse of high traffic is unacceptable. Microsoft is one of the highest grossing companies in the world. You can spend millions on millions for I.P. and studio acquisition but can't bolster your piss poor servers? Still no excuse for the service that worked perfectly fine back in the day to have wait times of over an hour now. Laziness and corporate greed is what has you selling Ultimate at a higher price FOR a cloud feature that works slower and slower the MORE people pay you. You're using the same excuse as your mods did on a now locked post made back in September and closed in November.

Cloud is a loss leader for ms also.if you didnt know in october xbox got a huge influx or cloud users with launch of starfield and geforce now and steam.deck users being able to use xcloud and they recently added 9 other services for free as part of the EU deal

Cloud is a loss leader and considered a perk.not.a main feature even sony didn't believe it was a competitor

The reason for the "losses" Is because they're too cheap to pay for decent servers and the people who actually paid for cloud are unsubbing because its a pile of trash. Imagine forcing people to upgrade to ultimate to be able to play PC games on the cloud then not delivering the service paid for. Stop licking **** they aren't going to mod you.
