WSOP Full House Pro

I'm unable to play wsop full house pro.  last week I had to jump out of a ring game abruptly when it was stalling.  Now when I log into the game, it tells me it failed to reconnect to the game and will continue to the next screen.  The chip bonus timer still works but it's stuck at the bonus level I was at before any problems started.  It's at the max level which is sweet but when I try to connect to a game, I'm prompted that I'm still connected to a previous game.  I've tried signing out and back in as well as deleting and re-installing the game.

ok this may be because of you may have bean banded from WSOP FHP online play due to cheating or something else that may not be cheating because if you can play other games online then it's a developer ban, you would need to message their support and have them answer.

have not been banned.  But I have been to the WSOP FHP site and reported the bug on a forum thread.  Others are having the same problem

They have not been banned or cheated!  Thats absurd. ..  I am having the same problem, its been 2 weeks now.  Microsoft needs to take care of this, which they have failed to do at this time.  Hurry up already.  And I would like to know how and why you would cheat on this game?  Ridiculous.
