Tight-knit Black Ops clan wanted

Hey,

So basically the title says it all. I'm looking for a Black Ops clan that isn't a huge community.

I'm looking for a clan that can have fun but can also push their limits when in-game and also have a competitive attitude with a good roster.

I'm 22 and preferably want to join a clan that has age standards (18+) as well as skill standards.

I play almost every gametype under the sun, but I excel in TDM, CTF, SnD, and Demolition.

I have 34,000+ kills with a 1.47 K/D Ratio.

Also, I'm not very fond of adding clan tags to my Gamertag. I feel everybody should have their individuality.
