"Account not permitted to download content with this rating" please help

For some reason I cannot download M rated content, I am trying to download the Homefront multiplayer demo and it keeps giving me this: "Account not permitted to download content with this rating"

Can anyone help me with this?

Child accounts (age under 18) cannot download free content with ratings of M or RP, and account age cannot be changed. If you are at least 18 and need to convert to an adult account, you can "Promote" it. I'm not sure of the exact steps to actually promote an account, but a quick search should give you detailed instructions.
