Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason freezes when starting up

I downloaded the game a few weeks ago. And I did successfully played it once.

However, yesterday when I tried to launch the game, it freezes at the first loading screen (title screen? I don't know).

It is the very first screen showing "Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason" after you choose to launch the game from dashboard.

At the bottom right corner there were some squares blinking which I presumed means loading. But it just kept "loading" for at least 15 minutes.

I tried to reboot the console and launch the game again. Same.

Then I launched other games: Dead Rising 3 and Killer Instinct. No problem there. Only Kinect Sports can't launch.

Console bought from: US

System region setting: US

Xbox Account region: Hong Kong

My actual location: Hong Kong

 Try power cycling your console (not the same as rebooting). Power cycle will clear the cache and reset the network card which may resolve your issue. To power cycle hold the Xbox console power button (while turned on) for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn your console on and try and launch KS:Rivals. If this doesn't work try uninstalling the game then re-downloading it. Let us know how it goes.

Power cycle didn't help.

Reinstallating the game fixed it.
