hot pursuit online play problem

hi both me and my neighbour have a xbox and the exact same disc's but online we cannot play because its saying incompatible versions the only difference is i have played the game more then him ...need help cause i want to play him online

Is that the exact message he receives?.

Does he normally have no issues playing online with the game?. Meaning does this issue only occur when he tries to play you.

I'm just trying to narrow down possible causes.

(It sounds like you have different titles from the NFS library, but if you are sure its the exact same game then obviously that's not the case).

no they are definitely the same region and format and the same version nfs hp limited edition that @@@s the exact @@@essa@@@e...
