Getting banned for using google dns

If you get banned by Rockstar for something they deem wrong, no matter what you have purchased you wont be able to do anything to them, as they are allowed to ban you.

As long as you're just using Google as your DNS/DNS provider/whatever then no.

Using Google as your DNS and modding the game is no different, of course, and will get you banned. Also, you have no legal standing whatsoever to do anything about it unless they removed the GTA money without cause and it's clear you didn't just spend it/lose it in game.

DNS modders were the first to get banned and locked out, well before any other mods.

So...you cheated on a game, got caught, kicked out and now you want  to sue R* for....what exactly? That would be like someone joining a bowling league, cheating, getting caught and kicked out of the league, then suing the league for the gloves, ball, shoes and entry fee you purchased. LOL.
