Gamerpicture: Anime. Where can I get them? :(

I've been seeing alot of people lately with anime gamerpic on their Profile so if anyone knows where to get one related to anime, please let me know. I've tried searching the entire Marketplace and I can't find one. I've heard its been taken off but I still see some people that have it. Thanks so much and would appreciate it.
