well i was getting it for SP i only played through ab 10 missions, but i liked the MP at the time, do you have any idea what they've done to it?

There is activity somewhat, but not enough for a diverse amount of other gamers to jump in. So you'd be playing with the same guys/girls for quite awhile.

the usually cheats,invincibilty ,flying cars etc.

if you get into any lobbies with these things you would be risking a ban if you used them.

i would check out the gta4 forum,theres probably loads of complaints on there about them.
