ive been trying to purchase games or download demos from marketplace and it is telling me not available from my location and y is that not all games are available for download once youre paying for it u only see some crap about rate but no option to get the game really pisses me off

It could be that the game you want is not on the market yet, or that it is not available in your region. If it is not available in your region, check to make sure your Xbox Live is actually set for your region, and then just wait until it becomes available.

btw what is your region set to
if the region of your account is set to something other then your region then you need to create the proper region account for region locked games
however if you do not live in an actual xbox live region then unfortunately there is nothing that you can do except wait for your region to be supported
not all content is region locked
only those that can cause issues with international laws like extreme violence and hate symbols
