Burnout Paradise keeps prompting me to go online

How can I tell this game that I do not want its "social" features and do not want an "ea" account? I open the game I decline the "do you want to?" prompts it brings up... FOUR TIMES. My eight year old loves to play the game, but I have no interest in letting him go on line with it. I searched around and can not find a way to stop this.

That sounds like an automatic feature of the game. If you've checked all of the game's settings and options, I suggest disconnecting your Xbox 360 from LIVE before letting your son play (or creating a free Gamertag for him for offline use).
