Xbox account black marks?

My account has been banned 3 times, first time it was for a few days. Then second time it was for a week then third time it was for 2 weeks. This all happened 2 years ago and i've had a clean account since. Though i got banned twice (2nd and 3rd bans) for the same thing due to a mistake by microsoft  -_____- Anyways, i was wondering, do these previous black marks on my account go away? if so after how long? Also am i on my last warning now? i really don't know and i'm worried incase i get banned and lose my account and name.

I suppose your gamer score reset was MS's mistake as well, huh?

 

There is no way to know how many black marks you have on your account or if they ever go away or how many you have left before they permanently ban your account. I would suggest you follow the rules you agreed to when you joined XBL and you won't ever have to wonder about this.

 

Millions of gamers have followed the rules for many years and have had absolutely no problems at all with their account being suspended or banned.

If you keep cheating they will keep resetting your gamerscore/banning you.

Just stick to the rules.
