Alright, I've had enough of this.
I've owned one of the original model xbox 360 Slim Consoles, complete with the 250 GB Hard Drive that came with it, since the day of release. My warranty has not expired and it's been acting up like this since the beginning. I've only been finding it a problem now. I play my console (recently) for around 4-8 hours per day.
A list of my problems with the console(possible hardware-related issues) starting with the most noticeable:
-ANY installed disc or content will have texture issues, not load properly, pixellation, blurriness, character model distortion(tested on Crysis 2), etc.
-Game will freeze up and lock up for several seconds, with intermittent "activity" in that period. The game will freeze entirely, no Xbox Guide pulled up or start menu.
-Going into the System Memory option on Dashboard does not pull up the memory installed or added, has happened multiple times
-Xbox Dashboard takes a while to load, around 2 minutes
-This has just begun, not sure if it setup, cables, etc.; Screen will consistently begin to stutter and try to change resolution size, shrinking and expanding the sides
I'm thinking that this is either related to the processor inside the 360 being faulty or the memory connections being faulty, most likely the former. Overheating might also be the factor, though I doubt overheating is the sole problem.
